Fostering strength, independence, and resilience for a brighter future
Creating Pathways to Dignified Livelihoods
Srujna empowers women from underserved communities by enabling them to earn a dignified livelihood through skill development and market linkage. Our livelihood projects upskill women in textile crafting, food processing, and sustainable products, supported by structured initiatives that foster self-reliance, leadership, and financial empowerment.
Women receive leadership, mindset, and mentoring training to grow livelihoods, start enterprises, and lead community initiatives. SuperDidis mentor other women, strengthen local leadership, and drive lasting community empowerment.
Women are trained in customer engagement, pricing, negotiation, and marketing to strengthen their sales skills. The programme helps them expand market access, grow their businesses, and build sustainable livelihoods
Women are supported to manufacture reusable sanitary napkins and handcrafted products through production units with access to market linkages. The initiative promotes entrepreneurship, sustainable incomes, and community-led growth.
Women learn essential financial skills such as saving, budgeting, investing, insurance, and accessing government schemes. It empowers them to make informed financial decisions, strengthen household security, and build long-term economic resilience
Participants develop essential digital skills, including computer basics, internet use, online communication, and digital safety. This improves employability and access to education, digital services, and livelihood opportunities.
A Ripple Effect of Empowerment
Our approach creates a ripple effect where empowered women go on to empower others, fostering a sustainable cycle of change.
By integrating livelihood, leadership, sales and marketing training and financial resilience, Srujna’s model ensures that women are not just earning but also leading, investing, and uplifting their communities.
