Fostering strength, independence, and resilience for a brighter future

Creating Pathways to Dignified Livelihoods
Srujna empowers women from underserved communities by enabling them to earn a dignified livelihood through skill development and market linkage. Our livelihood projects upskill women in textile crafting, food processing, and sustainable products, supported by structured initiatives that foster self-reliance, leadership, and financial empowerment.
Mentorship & Leadership Training
Project SuperDidi is a leadership development program that transforms women into empowered community leaders.

Women who begin their journey in production units are further trained through Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and mindset coaching, equipping them to scale their livelihood initiatives, start their own businesses, and lead community welfare projects.
These SuperDidis go on to become mentors themselves, ensuring the cycle of empowerment continues. By training more women and expanding economic opportunities within their communities, they become catalysts for lasting change.
Skill Development & Income Generation
Project Maitree creates livelihood opportunities within communities by setting up production units.

In these units, women manufacture reusable sanitary napkins and other handcrafted products. Srujna supports them with infrastructure, raw materials, and market linkages, ensuring a stable income while addressing critical social issues like menstrual hygiene.
Through this initiative, women gain entrepreneurial skills, leading to financial independence and self-reliance. It not only uplifts individual women but also strengthens the communities they belong to.
Financial Literacy & Empowerment
Project Laxmi focuses on building long-term financial stability through financial literacy training.

Women are educated on saving, investing, and navigating government schemes, including health insurance and financial aid. This training provides them with the tools needed to manage their finances effectively.
With this knowledge, women gain economic resilience, make informed financial decisions, and work towards a more secure future for themselves and their families.

A Ripple Effect of Empowerment
Our approach creates a ripple effect where empowered women go on to empower others, fostering a sustainable cycle of change.
By integrating livelihood, leadership, and financial resilience, Srujna’s model ensures that women are not just earning but also leading, investing, and uplifting their communities.
