Before joining Srujna, Darshana spent most of her time at home and had limited opportunities to earn or build new skills. Through Srujna, she gained confidence, financial independence, and leadership skills, eventually stepping up to lead the tailoring centre in Dahanu and ensuring that other women could continue earning and growing alongside her.
Rukhsana Sayyed
At 55, single mother Rukhsana Sayyed discovered a new passion for entrepreneurship through Srujna’s SuperDidi and Farm2Market initiatives. By learning sales and marketing and promoting products made by rural women, she increased her income, gained confidence, and inspiring other women to pursue their own business journeys.
Binita Mothay
Through her journey with Srujna, Binita found a deeper purpose in empowering women and creating opportunities in communities that often lack access to livelihoods. As a Srujna SuperDidi, she has trained over 10,000 women, helping survivors of trafficking rebuild their lives while strengthening her own leadership, confidence.
Suman Lata
Suman Lata transformed her own life through Srujna’s training and today serves as a trusted financial literacy trainer in Delhi. Through her workshops, hundreds of women are learning to save, budget, and make informed financial decisions with confidence. She is enabling communities to build greater financial security and resilience.
Shradda Pudam
Through her journey with Srujna, Shraddha Tai has grown into a confident leader and mentor for women in her community. She creates opportunities for women to learn tailoring skills, earn sustainable incomes, and build self-confidence, helping them achieve greater financial independence and a stronger sense of belonging.
